**🚨 Regional Vice President \| UK \& Europe** **📍 UK Remote** **💰 £140k–£160k base / Double OTE \+ Stock Options \+ Benefits** We’re exclusively partnered with an exciting high\-growth cybersecurity vendor looking to hire a Regional Vice President to lead and scale their UK \& European business. This is a player\-coach leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast\-growth environments and enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands\-on revenue generation. **💼 The Role** • Lead the UK \& Europe region with responsibility for revenue growth and territory development • Manage and mentor an initial team consisting of: • 2 Account Executives • 1 Sales Engineer • 1 Channel/Partner Manager • Personally contribute to strategic enterprise opportunities and key customer relationships • Build pipeline and drive predictable revenue across the region • Work closely with executive leadership on GTM strategy and regional expansion • Help shape the future structure and growth of the EMEA organisation as targets are achieved **📈 Growth Opportunity** This is a genuine build\-and\-scale opportunity.
