This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your management skills, technical sales expertise, and passion for customer service to make a significant impact in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Build, Lead and manage a high\-performing sales team focused on roofing solutions, ensuring achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives. * Develop and execute comprehensive territory management strategies to maximize market penetration and identify new business opportunities. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through account management, providing tailored roofing solutions that align with their needs. * Drive lead generation efforts through cold calling, networking, marketing campaigns, and strategic outreach to expand the customer base. * Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on roofing products, services, and innovations. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize sales pipelines. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility in targeted territories. * Manage inside and outside sales channels effectively, coordinating efforts across teams for seamless customer experiences. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify upselling opportunities. **Experience** * Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within the roofing or construction industry is highly preferred. * Demonstrated management experience leading a sales team or managing territory operations. * Strong background in business development, account management, and customer relationship building. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and managing client data. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer\-focused approach to deliver tailored solutions. * Experience in technical sales involving product demos, upselling strategies, and detailed analysis of client needs. * Ability to perform cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales activities confidently across diverse markets. * Strong communication skills paired with analysis skills to interpret market data and develop effective strategies for growth.
