Terracotta Outsourcing is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organization for an experienced Lead, Rewards, OD \& Planning to join a dynamic Human Resources function supporting a complex, multi-entity business.
This is a strategic HR role responsible for leading organizational design, workforce planning, and total rewards initiatives while partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven workforce solutions that align with corporate strategy and governance frameworks.

Location: Abu Dhabi (On Site)
Contract: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of organizational design initiatives, including organizational structures, operating models, job architecture, and job evaluations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Analyze workforce data, organizational trends, and capability gaps to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Support the implementation of compensation and total rewards frameworks, including salary structures, job grading, benchmarking, and incentive programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity assessments to ensure competitive and consistent reward practices.
- Support workforce optimization initiatives, including restructuring, redeployment, and organizational change projects.
- Prepare analytical reports, workforce planning models, and executive presentations for senior leadership.
- Ensure organizational design, workforce planning, and rewards activities remain aligned with governance frameworks and corporate policies.
- Drive continuous improvement across workforce planning, organizational design, and rewards processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of
6 years' experience
in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Compensation \& Benefits, or a similar strategic HR function.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational restructuring, job evaluation, job architecture, and operating model design.
- Strong experience in workforce planning, headcount modelling, HR analytics, and organizational reporting.
- Experience supporting compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, grading structures, and reward frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or HR analytics tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within large corporate, government, semi-government, energy, utilities, infrastructure, aviation, or industrial organizations.
- Experience working within complex or multi-entity organizations.
- Exposure to recognized job evaluation and grading methodologies such as Mercer, Korn Ferry Hay, or Willis Towers Watson.
- CIPD certification or a Master's degree is advantageous.
