Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Karachi Division. The Retail Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their style preferences, and guide them through NiaMia’s collections to support confident purchase decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing attentive customer service, maintaining product displays, replenishing stock, and keeping the store organized and visually appealing. The role also involves building strong product knowledge, explaining features and fits, handling billing and cash/point-of-sale transactions accurately, and meeting individual and store sales targets. The Retail Salesperson will gather customer feedback, collaborate with the store team, and uphold NiaMia’s brand values and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a focus on achieving targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Solid Customer Service and Communication skills, including active listening, clear speaking, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Product Knowledge skills, with the ability to learn and explain fabrics, fits, sizes, and styling options.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or apparel sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage busy store hours, and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Collaborative mindset, reliability, and willingness to follow store policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, fashion, or customer service is a plus.
