**About Client**
Hiring for a e\-commerce and retail brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Operational Excellence**
: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and facility maintenance to ensure a premium shopping environment.
* **Strategic Leadership:**
Develop and implement business plans to expand the customer base and optimize profitability

* **Team Development**
: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team. You will be responsible for succession planning and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
* **Financial Management:**
Manage the store budget, analyze sales figures, and forecast future
performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
* **Brand Integrity:**
Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines and that the
store reflects the brand's identity across all touchpoints.
* **Customer Engagement**
: Monitor customer feedback and engagement trends (including
* digital/social presence) to enhance service levels and loyalty.
**Requirements:**
**Experience**
: Minimum of 5\+ years in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
**Education**
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (O\-Level/A\- Level background preferred).
**Skills**
:
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing large\-scale budgets.
Strong understanding of retail tech, e\-commerce integration, and inventory software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
