Retail Account Manager

**About the Role** Glamnetic is looking for a highly organized and driven **Account Manager** to support and grow our business with retail partners on domestic and international accounts. This is an entry\-level role ideal for someone who is detail\-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn the fundamentals of retail account management within a fast\-paced beauty brand. You will work cross\-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure strong execution and support growth across accounts. **Key Responsibilities** * Support day\-to\-day management of assigned retail accounts * Assist in coordinating product launches, including timelines, assets, and retailer requirements * Track and report on sales performance, inventory levels, and key business metrics * Help manage retailer communications, ensuring timely responses and follow\-ups * Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and on\-time execution of orders, marketing assets, and launches * Support assortment updates, SKU setup, and ongoing maintenance across accounts * Monitor competitive activity and provide insights on trends and opportunities * Assist in preparing presentations and materials for buyer meetings and line reviews **Qualifications** * 0–2 years of experience in sales, account management, retail, or related field * Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail * Excellent communication and follow\-up skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Interest in beauty, retail, and consumer products  **What We’re Looking For** * Eagerness to learn and grow within retail sales/account management * Strong sense of ownership and accountability * Ability to problem\-solve and stay proactive * Team player who can collaborate across functions * Interest in global retail and scaling brands internationally * Experience working with international retailers such as Boots, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Superdrug is a plus, but not required
