Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our classic bistro on Battersea Park Road. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing a small team, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience with our chef-led, small menu focusing on classic dishes made with English produce.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing staff rotas and overseeing a small, dedicated team.
- Training and developing new staff members.
- Collaborating on and creating daily specials.
- Conducting regular stock takes and managing inventory effectively.
- Ensuring smooth lunch, dinner, and occasional private event services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a deep understanding of food and drink, with a passion for delivering high-quality service in a busy environment. You will be working 5 days a week, with a mix of daytime and evening shifts.
