Restaurant Manager

**Job Purpose** : Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the total operational and financial performance of our premium outlets in Bur Dubai and SZR. With 5\-6 years of leadership experience in upper\- casual or fine dining, the ideal candidate will ensure that the heritage of Haldiram's is delivered with world\-class service standards. This role involves strategic planning, P\&L management, brand consistency, and high\-level guest engagement. **Key Responsibilities:**  Strategic Leadership: Drive the overall business strategy for two high\-profile locations, ensuring maximum profitability and operational efficiency.  Financial Management: Full accountability for P\&L, including food cost management, labor costs, CAPEX, and achieving monthly sales targets.  Service Standards: Implement and maintain 'upper\-casual' service protocols to elevate the brand experience for both local residents and international tourists.  Operational Compliance: Guarantee 100% compliance with Dubai Municipality (Foodwatch), HACCP, and UAE Labor Law requirements.  Guest Experience: Lead front\-line guest relations, handling high\-profile client feedback and maintaining a 'guest\-centric' culture across all shifts.  Inventory \& Supply Chain: Oversee stock management, procurement, and vendor relations to ensure zero stock\-outs of signature ingredients.  Team Development: Performance management of the Senior Shift Managers and supervisors; fostering a culture of professional growth and discipline.  Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to execute local store marketing (LSM) activities specifically for the SZR corporate crowd and Bur Dubai tourism hub. **Requirements:**  5\-6 years of solid experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in an upper\-casual or fine dining environment.  Mandatory UAE experience with a deep understanding of the Dubai F\&B landscape.  Advanced financial acumen with hands\-on experience in budget planning and cost control.  Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is highly advantageous.
