Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at one of our dining establishments located within the South Delhi area. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing staff management, ensuring exceptional customer service, monitoring food and beverage quality, and achieving operational efficiency. The Restaurant Manager will implement company standards, handle staffing decisions, and ensure a memorable dining experience for each guest. Additionally, the role involves maintaining operational compliance and contributing to the growth of the venue.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and a commitment to maintaining Customer Satisfaction through exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively lead and manage QSR operations, teams, interact with guests, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Experience in Hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff to create a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations, ensuring quality control, inventory management, and adherence to industry standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and meet operational goals.
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment are essential.
