The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage the hiring and development of staff, and maintain superior service standards. Responsibilities include handling food and beverage operations, addressing customer needs, and implementing strategies to optimize sales, profits, and overall restaurant performance. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service management * Expertise in Hiring, team leadership, and staff development * Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers * Knowledge and experience in Food \& Beverage management and operations * Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and operational efficiency * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred * Familiarity with the dining culture of Pune, Mumbai, and surrounding regions is a plus
