Restaurant Manager

Mohamed Hilal Group is seeking a passionate and results\-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of one of its premium dining concepts. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain luxury service standards, manage team performance, and drive profitability while upholding the brand’s excellence and reputation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the complete daily operations of the restaurant. * Deliver outstanding guest service aligned with luxury hospitality standards. * Lead, train, and motivate front\-of\-house and service teams. * Manage staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and performance. * Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained at all times. * Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally with quick resolution. * Monitor food quality, service timing, and presentation in coordination with kitchen teams. * Manage stock levels, ordering, supplier coordination, and cost control. * Drive revenue growth through promotions, upselling, and guest engagement initiatives. * Analyze sales performance and prepare operational reports. * Ensure achievement of revenue targets and operational KPIs. * Maintain compliance with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations. * Support brand events, VIP service, and special dining experiences. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. * Minimum 5\+ years of experience as Restaurant Manager in premium, luxury, or fine dining concepts. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Excellent customer service and communication abilities. * Experience in managing P\&L, budgets, and restaurant profitability. * Strong knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations software. * Well\-groomed, professional, and service\-oriented personality. * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). **Preferred Profile:** * Experience in luxury hospitality brands within the UAE/GCC. * Strong understanding of premium guest expectations. * Passion for food, beverage, and elevated dining experiences. * Ability to lead large multicultural teams. **Why Join Mohamed Hilal Group:** * Opportunity to work with prestigious hospitality brands. * Career growth within a leading luxury lifestyle group. * Dynamic and high\-standard working environment. * Exposure to premium dining and guest experience excellence.
