We are seeking an experienced and service\-driven  **Restaurant Manager**  to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high\-performance environment and is passionate about cultivating both exceptional guest experiences and strong team culture. Position Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the dining room, ensuring seamless service execution, elevated guest engagement, and adherence to Boulevard’s exacting standards. Working closely with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and Sommelier team, this role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, team development, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities **Guest Experience \& Service Excellence** * Lead service with a visible, hands\-on presence on the floor * Ensure every guest interaction reflects Boulevard’s standards of warmth, precision, and professionalism * Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with discretion and efficiency * Foster a culture of genuine hospitality and attention to detail among the team **Leadership \& Team Development** * Supervise, coach, and inspire front\-of\-house team members * Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives * Provide real\-time feedback and conduct performance evaluations * Lead by example, promoting accountability, teamwork, and consistency **Operations Management** * Oversee daily dining room operations, including reservations flow, seating strategy, and service pacing * Maintain and enforce service standards, policies, and procedures * Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure cohesive execution * Monitor and manage labour costs in alignment with business targets **Financial \& Administrative Oversight** * Support inventory controls, cost management, and revenue optimization * Assist with scheduling, payroll review, and reporting * Uphold compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations **Brand \& Standards Stewardship** * Uphold Boulevard’s reputation for excellence in all aspects of the guest experience * Maintain the physical environment, ensuring cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the dining room * Support initiatives that enhance the restaurant’s profile within the Vancouver dining community Qualifications * Minimum 2–5 years of management experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment * Strong understanding of food, wine, and beverage service (WSET or equivalent is an asset) * Proven leadership ability with a focus on team engagement and development * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment * A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience What We Offer * Competitive compensation package * Opportunities for professional growth within a leading hospitality group * A collaborative and supportive leadership environment * Staff dining and beverage programs * Participation in gratuity program Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000\.00\-$75,000\.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Discounted or free food * Extended health care * Life insurance * On\-site parking * Paid time off * Store discount * Vision care
