Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager will lead the complete operations of OMO Cafe, ensuring flawless guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, service excellence, team engagement, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is someone who has grown with reputed hospitality brands or premium restaurant chains and understands how to build relationships with guests while leading a highly motivated team. The role demands a hands-on leader with exceptional people skills, business acumen, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience \& Hospitality

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalized guest experience at every touchpoint.
  • Build lasting relationships with guests and develop a loyal customer base.
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ensure every guest leaves with an outstanding dining experience reflective of the OMO philosophy.

Restaurant Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the café efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards, cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Monitor daily sales, productivity, labour costs, and operational expenses.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and inspire the restaurant team.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing hospitality professionals.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and performance-driven work culture.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on service standards, hospitality etiquette, and product knowledge.

Food \& Beverage Excellence

  • Possess excellent knowledge of food, beverages, coffee, healthy cuisine, and wellness-focused dining.
  • Ensure food presentation and beverage quality consistently meet brand standards.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.

Business Development

  • Drive revenue through exceptional guest engagement and repeat business.
  • Support local marketing initiatives, events, wellness workshops, and community experiences hosted at OMO.
  • Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and operational performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Calm under pressure with outstanding problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (IHM/HM) or Hospitality Management is mandatory.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in reputed restaurant brands, café chains, luxury hotels, or hospitality groups.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food \& beverage service, inventory control, and team management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in premium hospitality and restaurant brands such as boutique cafés, luxury hotels, premium casual dining, lifestyle hospitality brands, or established restaurant chains will be preferred.
