The General Manager will oversee all restaurant operations, including team leadership, financial performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising day\-to\-day activities, hiring and training staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards. The role will also require the General Manager to create and maintain a positive and motivated workplace culture while driving operational excellence and growth. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in P\&L Management and Budgeting for effective financial oversight * Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and superior Customer Service skills * Experience in Hiring and training staff to build a motivated and efficient team * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational and financial goals * Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance best practices * Prior management experience in the foodservice or hospitality sector is highly beneficial
