The company is recognized for its tribal welfare initiatives and commitment to sustainable tourism. **Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role based in Bengaluru (Ramanagara), where the Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing day\-to\-day operations of the resort, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and seamless property management. Some remote work will be permitted. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining budgets, coordinating with vendors, ensuring exceptional guest services, and handling the overall operations to deliver a superior guest experience. Collaboration with cross\-functional teams to continuously enhance resort operations and implementing sustainable practices will also be required. **Qualifications** * Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure high\-quality guest experiences and address client needs effectively * Proficiency in Property Management and Budgeting to oversee and optimize all operational and financial aspects of the resort * Skills in Hiring and team management to recruit, train, and motivate a professional and guest\-focused staff * Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience in resort, tourism, or travel management is preferred * Knowledge of sustainable and eco\-friendly practices is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous * Min 3yrs Experience Required
