Resort Manager

**About the Company** Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd, a Fairfax Company and subsidiary of Thomas Cook (I) Ltd, one of India’s most awarded leisure hospitality brands with presence across 65\+ exotic locations, is looking for an experienced and skillful **Resort Manager to lead resort operations at our property in Sattal, Uttarakhand.** You will function as the **Unit Head** , with complete responsibility for end\-to\-end resort operations, guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance, ensuring Sterling’s service standards and brand promise are consistently delivered. **About the Role** Reporting To: Area Director \- Operations **Responsibilities** * Provide strategic leadership to drive business performance and operational efficiency * Develop and execute business plans aligned with Sterling’s mission, vision, and brand values * Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including rooms, F\&B, guest services, and administration * Lead, mentor, and motivate a high\-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences * Drive revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies * Ensure compliance with Sterling’s standards, operational policies, and local laws * Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments **Qualifications** * Education: Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification **Required Skills** * Current Role: Operation Manager, EAM (with proven success in managing full\-scale resort operations) * Experience: Minimum 3\-4 years of experience as a HOD or equivalent leadership position in a reputed hospitality brand * Demonstrated expertise in P\&L management, revenue optimization, and operational excellence * Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sales and profitability * Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Pre\-opening experience will be a strong advantage * Must come from strong F\&B or Room Division Background. **Why Join Sterling?** * Be part of India’s leading leisure hospitality brand * Lead operations at one of our flagship or upcoming resorts * Experience a collaborative and growth\-driven environment with clear career advancement opportunities * Shape unforgettable guest experiences across our stunning destinations nationwide * Step into a leadership role that defines the future of leisure hospitality. **Equal Opportunity Statement** Join Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd as Resort Manager — where your experience creates lasting impact.
