Primary responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring top\-tier customer service, handling property management duties, and maintaining budgetary goals. This is a full\-time, on\-site position based in Bretton Woods, NH. **Qualifications** * Strong expertise in Customer Service and a proven ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction * Strong * Food and Becerage experience * Experience in Property Management operations and processes * Skills in Budgeting, including the ability to analyze financial reports and manage operational costs * Demonstrated ability in Hiring and staff management, with a focus on team development * Excellent organizational and leadership skills * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Prior experience in hospitality or resort management preferred * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
