The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, achieving revenue targets, and managing the performance of all resort staff. Key duties include team leadership, budget and resource management, implementation of company standards, and handling guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Collaborating with department heads to maintain smooth operations and ensure the resort adheres to health, safety, and quality standards will also be integral to this role. **Qualifications** * Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to deliver exceptional guest service * Experience in financial management, including budget planning, revenue forecasting, and cost control * Operational management expertise in the hospitality industry, including knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations * Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively engaging with guests and resolving issues * Excellent organizational and problem\-solving abilities, with attention to detail * A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, customer\-focused environment * Previous experience in a managerial resort, hotel, or hospitality establishment is essential
