Resident Engineer

**Job Overview** We have partnered with a Tier 1 Architecture and Engineering firm in Dubai to highly experienced Resident Engineers to oversee and manage the execution of large\-scale construction projects across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The ideal candidates will ensure that all project activities are delivered in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead on\-site supervision and coordinate all construction activities. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements. * Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and report to senior management. * Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities. * Review and approve contractor submissions, shop drawings, and materials. * Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures. * Identify risks and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on site. * Manage and mentor site engineering teams and inspectors. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in construction supervision. * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering. * **Certification:** PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required. * Proven experience in managing large\-scale projects such as: Residential developments, High\-rise buildings and towers, Hotels and Mixed\-use developments * Experience working in a Consultant OR PMC **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong leadership and decision\-making abilities * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * In\-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively * Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
