Resident Engineer – High-Rise Buildings

KEN International is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer with strong UAE high\-rise project experience to join our growing team. The candidate will lead site supervision, technical coordination, construction monitoring, and stakeholder management for high\-profile projects in the UAE. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • Minimum 14 years of experience • Strong UAE experience in high\-rise residential/mixed\-use developments • Experience in construction supervision and project delivery • Strong technical coordination and reporting skills • Experience dealing with authorities, consultants, and contractors • Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals • Abu Dhabi experience is an advantage Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise site activities • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities • Review shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs, and method statements • Prepare progress reports and technical assessments • Ensure project execution aligns with contractual and technical requirements Applications will be managed directly through LinkedIn.
