Resident Engineer - Education Project - Abu Dhabi

An international engineering consultancy require a Resident Engineer to oversee a schools project in Abu Dhabi Responsibilities: * Oversee on\-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards * Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors * Review technical submissions, drawings, and method statements * Monitor progress, quality control, and contractor performance * Prepare site reports and support project delivery milestones Applicants should meet the following criteria * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Proven experience working on complex building construction projects in the Gulf ie luxury hotels, mixed use commercial projects etc * Experience on Education / Schools / University projects would be highly desirable * Minimum of 12 years postgraduate experience * Strong knowledge of local authority standards, regulations, and construction practices * Demonstrated leadership in managing contractors, consultants, and site teams * Excellent communication and reporting skills * Fluent in Arabic * Demonstrate strong technical, site supervision, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
