Ensures site teams deliver in alignment with Dar’s standards, client expectations, and strategic project goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and support Resident Engineers and their teams across diverse geographies. * Define and implement standard practices for supervision, reporting, and client engagement. * Lead interface with client organizations on key project or program escalations. * Review major site risks, claims, and technical challenges across the portfolio. * Guide mobilization of supervision teams, aligning resources with project phases. * Ensure succession planning and professional development of supervision talent. * Drive operational excellence through process improvements and shared learnings. * Coordinate with Area Directors and Design Leads on strategic delivery issues. * Support business development by representing Dar during project transitions or negotiations. * Implement quality assurance systems for site activities and contractor performance. . **Qualifications:** * Master’s or Bachelor’s in Architecture or Engineering. * 15\+ years of site leadership experience, including oversight of multiple Resident Engineers. * Proven track record in governance, operations, and strategic alignment. * Strong familiarity with contract administration and regulatory authorities.
