Resident Case manager

**Job Description** * Responsible for overall internal client management in terms of end to end implementation of policies of services defined * Design \& conduct regular meetings with clients on a need basis to ensure execution of case plan * Liaise with the Housing Manager to ensure discipline and compliance with defined norms * Singly responsible to liaise with call centre after defined work hours for admission, next action steps and implementation of policies on referred cases * Be responsible for the execution of vocational activities after work hours and ensure documentation of the same for data retrieval **Qualifications** * Bachelor degree in social services or equivalent **About Dubai Foundation for Women and Children:** The Dubai Foundation for Women and Children is the first authorized non\-profit shelter and humanitarian care in the United Arab Emirates to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and victims of human trafficking.
