**Job Description:**
**Role Purpose:**
Our Customer Service team delivers customer and logistics service to both large industries and individual projects and customers. As one of our Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for order reception and transport booking as well as classic customer service and support. The role involves close collaboration with other functions such as salespeople and production staff to ensure that the chain from order to delivery functions smoothly.
You receive customer orders via digital order systems and phone, as well as plan deliveries and book transports. The role includes providing support to customers digitally and over the phone. For exports, you arrange customs documents.
The work is carried out at the site in Baskarp and the working hours are 07:30 to 16:00\.
The position is a temporary assignment until the end of the year 2026\.
**About you:**
* Have work experience in logistics and transport planning or in customer service. Education in corresponding subjects is an advantage but not a requirement.
* Enjoy a dynamic environment where you work on different tasks simultaneously and where problem\-solving is part of everyday life.
* Have good communication skills.
* Have good digital skills.
* Proficient in Swedish and professional English, both spoken and written.
