You’ll be working closely with experienced U.S. leadership, using proven systems, and contributing to a rapidly expanding team projected to grow significantly in the coming months.
**Responsibilities:**
* Handle 350–450 outbound customer calls daily using CRM and auto\-dialer systems
* Provide professional customer support while explaining services and appointment details
* Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging tone
* Schedule appointments directly into internal booking systems
* Update CRM records with accurate call notes and lead statuses
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for performance and productivity
* Participate in coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings
* Assist with additional administrative or support tasks as needed
**Qualifications:**
* Strong English communication and customer interaction skills
* Experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles is a plus
* Comfortable handling high\-volume outbound calls
* Reliable high\-speed internet (with backup preferred) and stable power supply
* Access to a laptop/desktop and smartphone
* Self\-motivated with strong time management in a remote environment
* Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and accept feedback
