Remote Construction Estimator

**About the job**   We are seeking an entry to intermediate level Construction Estimator to join our remote team at Roomi Group Corporation.   **Responsibilities:** * Review project plans, specifications, and client communication to determine project scope and requirements. * Utilize estimating software and tools to create take\-offs and proposals based on company SOPs and protocols. * Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs and schedules. * Respond to client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE’s, pricing adjustments, escalations, and other scenarios.   **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field * minimum of 3 years verifiable experience as an Estimator and/or reading construction blueprints on a daily basis. * Very strong proficiency in reading blueprints. * Very strong proficiency in using software – estimating software, Excel, Word and PDF readers. * Detailed, organized, and precise. * Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stokehold **Compensation** * Potential increase in a year or two based on performance
