Remote Civil Engineer (Revit – Plumbing & Fire Protection Modeling)

**Job Overview:**  We are hiring skilled Civil Engineers specialized in Revit modeling, with a strong focus on piping systems including water supply, fire water, and drainage for buildings and land development projects. The role involves working within provided ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) models and delivering high\-quality, coordinated designs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage Revit models for: * Water supply systems * Fire water / fire suppression systems * Drainage systems (buildings \& land development) * Work within client\-provided ACC models and ensure all modeling is developed accurately within that environment * Design systems in compliance with: * NFPA 13 (Sprinkler Systems) * NFPA 14 (Standpipe Systems) * NFPA 20 (Fire Pumps) * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration * Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation * Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of models **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Strong hands\-on experience in Revit (MEP preferred) * Proven experience in piping design for: * Water systems * Fire protection systems * Drainage systems * Familiarity with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) workflows * Solid understanding of NFPA standards (13, 14, 20\) * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Civil 3D for land development projects * Experience working on US\-based projects is must * Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks)
