**Relationship Manager – Direct Sales** We are hiring a driven and target\-oriented **Relationship Manager – Direct Sales** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drive direct sales of off\-plan and ready properties to end clients * Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets * Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals * Conduct property presentations and client meetings * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Ensure accurate updates on CRM and sales pipeline **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales (Real Estate / Developer preferred) * Strong track record of achieving sales targets * Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills * Self\-motivated and target\-driven mindset * Bachelor’s degree preferred **Preferred Languages:** Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, Turkish, Chinese, French, or Spanish are a plus.
