The organization offers opportunities for professional growth within a stable, values\-driven care provider. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site Registered Nurse role based in Penzance. The Registered Nurse will provide high\-quality clinical care to residents, including administering medications, performing assessments, and implementing person\-centered care plans. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and recording vital signs, responding to changes in residents’ conditions, and liaising with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external healthcare professionals. The nurse will supervise and support care staff, promote best practice in infection control and safeguarding, and ensure accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards. The role also involves contributing to care reviews, supporting residents’ emotional well\-being, and helping maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. **Qualifications** * Valid Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current NMC registration, with eligibility to practice in the UK. * Proven clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, and monitoring long\-term conditions, ideally within elder care or learning disability settings. * Strong assessment, care planning, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and regulatory compliance. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with residents, families, and colleagues. * Ability to lead, mentor, and support care staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Commitment to person\-centered care, safeguarding, dignity, and equality, with a non\-judgmental and inclusive approach. * Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required. * Previous experience in residential, nursing home, or learning disability care is desirable but not essential; willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development is required.
