As an RN at Charming Lakes Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, resident safety, and nursing excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and oversee daily nursing operations within the facility
- Ensure nursing staff compliance with state regulations and facility policies
- Participate in facility surveys, inspections, and audits
- Conduct daily rounds to maintain quality standards of resident care
- Address resident concerns and promptly report complaints or grievances
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive resident outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Accurately document resident care and clinical updates
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
