This full-time Day Shift RN position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and involves working three 12-hour shifts with on-call duties in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment. The RN performs vascular, coronary, structural heart procedures, electrophysiology studies, and device implants, providing high-acuity care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, delegation, effective communication, safety, quality improvement, and adherence to ethical standards.
