We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated nurse to join our team, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, high\-quality, person\-centred care. You’ll be responsible for assessing, planning and reviewing care for residents, ensuring their wellbeing, dignity and independence are always at the heart of what you do. This is a rewarding, hands\-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll lead care staff on shift, support residents with their holistic needs and ensure care is delivered in line with professional standards and best practice. We put people first, offering great training, supportive teams and opportunities to grow your career in care. **Please note: We’re unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.** We’re offering PT/FT hours with a range of shift options, including long days, early, late and night shifts across weekdays and weekends. We’ll talk through your availability and what works for you, while making sure we cover the shifts the home needs to provide the best care for our residents. Some of our homes may have limited public transport links, and some shifts start early or finish late. You’ll therefore need reliable transport to and from work. **What you’ll be doing** * Deliver and lead high\-quality, person\-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards * Assess, plan, implement and review care plans to meet residents' individual needs * Safely administer and manage medication in line with policies and legislation * Lead, support and delegate to care staff to maintain excellent care standards * Maintain accurate, timely records and support audits and compliance requirements You can find the full job description attached for a more detailed overview of the role. **What you’ll bring** * A valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN) * A caring, professional and person\-centred approach * Strong clinical skills including care planning and medication management * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships * Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team **Interested in applying?** Submit your application online.
