Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Registered Nurse will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across health, wellness, aesthetics, and homecare services, including assessments, vital signs monitoring, and support with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Daily responsibilities include administering medications and injections, preparing and assisting with minor procedures, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times. The nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications, while delivering service in a calm, respectful, and culturally sensitive manner. The role also involves collaborating closely with physicians and the wider clinical team, coordinating follow-up appointments, and supporting continuity of care for patients beyond their clinic visit.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in the applicable jurisdiction, with eligibility for registration in the United Arab Emirates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
- Proven clinical experience in outpatient, primary care, wellness, or similar settings; exposure to aesthetics or homecare is an advantage.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Ability to provide patient and family education on treatment plans, preventive health, and lifestyle changes in a clear and supportive way.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, excellent bedside manner, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary team.
- Good documentation, organizational, and time management skills, including accurate use of electronic medical records.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control, safety standards, and quality improvement practices.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages commonly used in the region are considered an asset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by clinic operations.
- CPR/BLS certification; ACLS or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
