Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
  • Administer medications, injections, and therapies as prescribed by physicians or authorized providers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment.
  • Follow infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and clinical best practices.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient status.

Qualifications \& Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable U.S. state.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on role.
  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and clinical standards.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
