Our Nurses are real life health care heroes, and we are seeking compassionate people with experience of working either District nursing or hospital environment to join our Ambulatory Care setting and Newly established Community Investigation Hub. Got a passion for clinical skills and patient care then this job is for you. Working 8 \- 4 Monday to Friday our unit offers clinical investigations such as Blood and Iron infusions, central lines and catheters for patients close to there own home in an outpatient setting, preventing patients having to attend busy acute hospitals. We value our RGNs highly, so development and training within this role will be offered and prioritised. You will require good communication skills, a team work approach and be able provide a high standard of nursing care with the support of your team.
