Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Regional Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work from home. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and nurturing relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other partners. The role involves developing and executing regional sales plans, conducting market research, and promoting TripCarnival Tourism’s Dubai travel offerings and packages. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to align client expectations with deliverable services and ensure a seamless customer experience. Daily activities include client meetings, pipeline management, sales reporting, forecasting, negotiation, and regular travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in regional or B2B sales, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related service industries.
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage key accounts and develop new business.
  • Solid understanding of Dubai as a travel destination, including major attractions, accommodation types, and tourism products (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies, analyze market trends, and report on performance and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, email and calendar tools).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize, work independently, and collaborate in a hybrid environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client visits, events, and industry networking as required.
