Job Description
A highly respected international manufacturer of industrial connectivity solutions is seeking a strategic and results\-oriented Regional Sales Manager to take full ownership of its Nordic commercial operations. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and innovation, the business is continuing to invest in its European growth strategy, making this a key hire within the region. This is a high\-impact role suited to someone who combines strong technical sales capability with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the Nordic industrial landscape. **The role** You will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will act as the primary commercial lead in the region, driving both revenue growth and long\-term market positioning. Your focus will include strengthening existing customer relationships, expanding distributor networks, and identifying new opportunities across key industrial sectors. You will define and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with wider European objectives, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. You will manage and develop key accounts, building long\-term partnerships while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will develop and support distributor relationships across the Nordic region, strengthening channel performance and market reach. A core part of the role will involve identifying and converting new business opportunities within target markets and applications, contributing directly to revenue expansion. You will also provide valuable market insight and feedback to internal stakeholders to help shape product development and commercial strategy. Alongside this, you will represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows, acting as a key ambassador for the brand in the region. **About You** You are a commercially astute sales professional with a proven track record in technical or industrial B2B environments.
