Our ambition is to build globally relevant brands supported by strong operational excellence, world\-class product development, and efficient supply chain infrastructure. **About the Role** As Regional Sales Executive – EUROPE, you will be responsible for driving sell\-in and sell\-out performance, expanding regional distribution, and strengthening relationships with partners across Europe. This is a high\-impact, field\-focused role, ideal for someone commercially driven, relationship\-oriented, and passionate about premium beauty and lifestyle brands. You will work closely with Operation, Marketing, E\-commerce and HQ teams to execute regional growth strategies and ensure brand excellence across all touchpoints. The role is based in UK, with frequent travel across Europe markets. **What You’ll Do** • Drive regional sales performance across assigned Europe markets. • Develop and manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners. • Execute regional sell\-in strategies aligned with commercial targets. • Monitor regional sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance trends. • Partner cross\-functionally with Marketing and Education teams to align launches, campaigns, and activations. • Support new market entries and expansion opportunities across the region. • Represent the brand during key regional events, launches, and retail activations. • Ensure brand standards and positioning are consistently executed across all doors. **Who You Are** • 5\+ years of experience in regional sales, field sales, or account management within beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle. • Strong understanding of Europe retail landscape and distributor\-led markets. • Excellent relationship\-building and negotiation skills. • Commercially minded with a results\-driven mindset. • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive. • Comfortable working independently in a fast\-paced, growing business. • Fluent in English • Willing to travel across Europe. • Passionate about beauty, storytelling, and premium brand building. **What We Offer** • Full\-time role within a founder\-led, fast\-growing holding company. • High visibility and ownership across Europe region. • International exposure and frequent travel. • Opportunity to grow with the business and expand responsibilities. • Dynamic, collaborative, and ambitious work environment. • Competitive compensation package (based on experience).
