Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in event industry and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive sales for event infrastructure products (truss, stage, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with event agencies, production houses, and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities across different regions in India
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: Calling, lead generation, client meetings, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure client retention
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region and across India as per business requirements
Reporting To:
- AGM - Sales
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in companies dealing with truss or event infrastructure
- Knowledge of B2B sales and project-based sales cycles
- Ability to handle high-value deals and long-term client relationships
