The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets, managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with clients. Other day\-to\-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring competitors, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns effectively. **Qualifications** * Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in setting and achieving targets * Team management and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, guide, and evaluate sales teams * Proficiency in market analysis, trend identification, and competitor evaluation * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills * Strategic thinking and problem\-solving abilities * Willingness and ability to work on\-site in Vehari * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is highly advantageous * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
