Our products enable the electronics revolution across diverse markets, including automotive, broadband communications, commercial aerospace, industrial, IT and data communications, military, and mobile devices. **The Role** We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our EMEA team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director of Northen Europe, you will be responsible for driving high\-impact sales and business development. This role balances strategic account management with sophisticated data analysis, ensuring our regional performance aligns with global growth targets. You will manage a diverse portfolio including Direct OEM accounts, Regional Franchised Distributors, and Global Distributors within the assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities** * Strategic Growth: Analyze the existing OEM customer base to identify "design\-in" opportunities and build a robust, structured pipeline for execution. * Market Collaboration: Partner with Business Development Managers and Marketing teams to define regional strategies and capture emerging market trends. * Technical Advocacy: Support customers with technical specifications, marketing materials, and New Product Introductions (NPI), acting as the bridge between customer needs and our engineering teams. * Relationship Management: Foster long\-term partnerships through a high frequency of in\-person visits, virtual engagement, and coordinated joint visits with distribution partners. * Data \& Analytics: Take ownership of expanded regional reporting. Consolidate and analyze sales performance data, provide accurate forecasting, and track distributor KPIs to provide actionable insights for quarterly business reviews. * CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM system to ensure transparency in sales tracking and project management. **Desired Skills \& Experience** * Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, specifically within the interconnect or electronic components industry. * Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close complex technical sales and negotiate contracts at all organizational levels. * Analytical Mindset: High proficiency in CRM tools and Excel; you should be comfortable translating raw sales data into strategic visual presentations. * Proactive Autonomy: A self\-starter who thrives in a home\-office environment but can collaborate seamlessly across remote, cross\-functional teams. * Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned region. * Languages: Full professional fluency in English is required. * Education: Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related technical field preferred. **What We Offer** * An employment contract under our Amphenol legal entity. * The opportunity to work with a global leader at the forefront of technological innovation. * A competitive compensation package, including car and bonus scheme. * A collaborative and inclusive high\-performance culture.
