Job Description
Job Summary :
- Responsible to achieve sales/market benchmarks of assigned products by providing effective leadership to team.
- Develop each team member to its fullest potential by providing effective coaching/training.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing/sales strategies and company policies.
Major Responsibilities :
- Achieve benchmarks related to sales and customer coverage in line with SFA parameters.
- Monitors call planning \& execution of team on Prisms, average No. of calls per day by the team, coverage of all the listed doctors of Regional and frequency of visits to A-Class customers. Coaching on quality of PCN and NCO.
- Maintain/ increase market share of assigned products in the Regional.
- Responsible for the performance and development of Territory Managers / Senior Territory Managers/Field Manager. .
- Conduct session with each team member to build : effective communications skills, identify training and development needs, provide insight for the improvement of sales \& job performance.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding team performance and competitors’ activities.
- Develop KOLs for arranging Product Presentations / Speaker Programmes.
- Ensure inclusion of products in hospitals / institutions formulary and develop good rapport with purchase authorities in order to generate business and its timely execution on regular basis.
- Conduct “Sales Promotion Meetings”.
- Screening candidates for the posts of TMs. Retain talent, timely fill vacancies and keep inventory to fill future vacancies.
- Maintains accurate records of sales and relevant activity reports.
- Adheres to company’s policies, procedures and COBC and ensure that they are communicated and implemented by the team members.
- AER reporting to medical within stipulated time.
- Sales forecasting of assigned products.
- Implement SFA best practice
- To keep the team motivated for optimal productivity and performance
- Ensure effective implementation on FOS(PPTO)/FOSS.
Education/Knowledge \& Experience :
- 5-7 years’ experience as TM/Sales Representative in pharmaceutical industry.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- An ability to drive sales teams for growth.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and cooperate with sales \& marketing team members.
- Good understanding/application of computer skills.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably science Graduate)
- In depth understanding of products, customer and market dynamics and leadership.
