POSITION: **KENDO Regional Sales \& Education Manager – UK and Republic of Ireland** REPORTS TO: National Sales \& Education Manager \- UK and ROI LOCATION: Field \- South UK \& Ireland **About Kendo** Kendo Holdings, Inc. is a San Francisco\-based beauty brand developer and wholesaler. Through original development, collaborations and acquisitions, the Kendo stable of brands will always be creative, inspiring and innovative. **Position Summary** The Regional Sales \& Education Manager is responsible for driving retail sales performance, education excellence, artistry standards and event execution across their assigned region within the UK and Republic of Ireland. This role acts as the single regional owner for commercial delivery and capability building, leading Area Managers \& Retail Education Managers teams to deliver best\-in\-class retail execution, elevated client experience and consistent brand standards across the KENDO portfolio. Reporting into the National Sales \& Education Manager, this position plays a critical role in translating national strategy into regional action through strong leadership, commercial insight and effective cross\-functional partnership with retailers and internal KENDO teams. **Job Responsibilities** **DRIVING REGIONAL SALES PERFORMANCE** * Own \& drive regional sales performance across all retailers and brands. * Deliver against regional and store\-level targets, contributing to national sales goals. * Analyse sales data, productivity, event ROI \& KPIs to identify opportunities, risks and corrective actions. * Partner with store leadership to develop actionable business plans aligned to forecasted potential. * Support and execute retailer and KENDO launch, promotional and activation calendars to maximise sell\-through. * Identify potential stock risks and ensure strong visual merchandising and retail execution standards. **EDUCATION, ARTISTRY \& EVENTS DELIVERY** * Lead the delivery of Retail education, artistry and event strategy at regional level, aligned to national direction. * Ensure all field and retail teams are consistently trained on core collections, NPD, service standards, selling skills and artistry excellence. * Plan, adapt and execute regional education and event calendars that are commercially effective, engaging and brand elevating. * Lead and participate in in\-store events, masterclasses and key activations as required. * Ensure clear follow\-up on all education, artistry and event KPIs, embedding accountability and continuous improvement. * Partner with Product, Content and Artistry teams to adapt content for regional needs. **FIELD LEADERSHIP \& TEAM DEVELOPMENT** * Lead, coach and develop Area Managers \& Retail Education Managers team members within the region. * Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, collaboration and development. * Identify talent, capability gaps and succession opportunities, escalating insights to the National Sales \& Education Manager. * Maximise team effectiveness through consistent in\-market presence, 1:1 coaching, feedback and recognition. * Lead by example, modelling exceptional selling, service, artistry and leadership behaviours. **RECRUITMENT, SERVICE \& OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE** * Recruit and onboard best\-in\-class regional field talent, aligned to KENDO values and commercial goals. * Oversee regional FTE and temp staffing budgets, productivity and resource planning. * Ensure retail teams consistently deliver high\-touch service, exceptional artistry and brand\-right experiences. * Support the implementation of quarterly cluster meetings, regional training sessions and store\-level events. * Maintain operational discipline including expenses, time \& attendance, commission and payroll submissions. * Effectively manage regional T\&E expenditure within agreed budget parameters. **STAKEHOLDER \& RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT** * Build strong, collaborative relationships with store leadership, retailer partners and internal KENDO stakeholders. * Act as the regional voice of the field, sharing insights, challenges and opportunities with the National Sales \& Education Manager. * Ensure best practices are consistently shared and adopted across teams to uphold brand integrity. * Provide professional, solutions\-focused service to all partners inside and outside KENDO. **Additional Responsibilities** * Present and reinforce a professional appearance in line with brand and company standards. * Work flexibly and responsively to evolving business needs and market priorities. * Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time within the region – min 3 days per week in the field * Perform additional duties aligned to role scope as required. **Profile** POSITION REQUIREMENTS Proven experience at Regional / Area Manager level within sales, education, artistry or events (essential). Background in premium beauty, luxury retail or comparable high\-touch service environments (preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead multi\-functional field teams and deliver commercial results. Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of retail KPIs and event ROI. Exceptional communication, coaching and influencing skills. Self\-motivated, results\-driven and comfortable working in a fast\-paced, agile environment. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
