Our People \& Culture function operates through a Centre of Excellence (CoE) model, enabling scalable, specialized, and high\-impact HR support across global business divisions. This role will support the MARKS business division, partnering closely with regional stakeholders across the EMEA regionRole will primarily support Europe, Middle East \& Africa HR operations but will also support any HR needs of our Marks business globally. All this work will be done working closely with SVP HR, who heads EMEA and Marks Creative business globally.
**Role Overview**
We are seeking a self\-driven and highly collaborative HR professional based out of India to support the HR needs of the EMEA region and MARKS business division globally working closely and reporting into the SVP HR Marks \& EMEA. This is an individual contributor role with managerial ownership, requiring strong business partnering capability in a global, matrix environment.
The role will act as a key interface between business leaders, regional teams, and HR CoEs, driving alignment, reporting \& analytics, coordinating with various stakeholders, enabling HR strategies, and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can operate independently, action oriented, able to work in a post\-merger environment, influence stakeholders across regions, and deliver outcomes in a fast\-paced, evolving environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Business Partnering \& Stakeholder Management**
* Work closely with SVP HR to execute on the strategy and key area for the EMEA region and Global Marks Creative business.
* Able to coordinate and liaise on various activities, projects with key HR and business leaders.
* Build strong relationships and take actions on key areas assigned.
* Translating business needs into actionable HR initiatives in collaboration with CoEs
* Navigate and operate effectively within a global matrix and CoE\-driven structure.
* Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Rewards, HR Operations, Employee Experience)
* Ensure effective implementation of global HR programs across the region and business.
**HR Operations**
* Support any employee lifecycle processes hire, onboard, exits across EMEA.
* Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency in HR systems and documentation.
* Address employee and manager queries across geographies.
* Drive process standardization and operational efficiency.
**HR Analytics \& Insights**
* Leverage HR data to generate insights on workforce trends (attrition, headcount, etc.)
* Develop reports and analytics on key metrics.
* Use data\-driven insights to support decision\-making and improve outcomes.
**Change Management \& Transformation**
* Support M\&A integration and organizational transformation initiatives.
* Drive adoption of new HR processes, structures, and tools.
* Support communication, engagement, and transition planning.
**Process Excellence \& Continuous Improvement**
* Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and improve efficiency.
* Drive best practices and standardization.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless HR delivery!
**Required Skills \& Competencies**
* Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence without authority.
* Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.
* Experience supporting global stakeholders (EMEA exposure preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
* Flexibility to work in EMEA time zones.
* Experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Generalist roles.
* Exposure to CoE\-driven HR operating models
* Experience in M\&A, HR transformation, or change management initiatives.
* Experience working in matrix/global organizations.
* Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making capability
**Tools \& Technologies**
* HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG or similar)
* Microsoft Excel (Advanced) mandatory
* Power BI or other visualization tools (preferred)
