Job Description
**Job Title: HR Manager – Recruitment**
* Lead and manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process to attract top talent across all departments.
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and recruitment policies.
* Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely hiring.
* Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve talent acquisition performance.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
* 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Experience in high\-volume hiring and working in sectors like contracting, telecom, or similar industries is an advantage.
