The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs. The Recruiter will also develop and maintain a talent pipeline, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and staying updated on hiring trends to implement effective practices. **Qualifications** * Experience with Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and managing hiring processes * Skills in Candidate Sourcing, Interviewing, and building Talent Pipelines * Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools * Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively * Understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices * Previous experience in BPO or related industries is an advantage * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
