Cardea Medical Coding Training Centre, a premier institute for Medical Coding and Healthcare Training, is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and dynamic individual to handle both telecalling and front desk operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and counsel prospective students about medical coding and billing courses.
* Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
* Schedule appointments and manage enrollment documentation.
* Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
* Assist faculty and administration with day\-to\-day operations.
* Maintain accurate records of all leads and student interactions in the database.
**Required Skills**
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada/local language.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in telecalling, front desk, or customer service is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Required Qualification**
* Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
