React Node Consultant

* Primary skills:Technology\-\>Reactive Programming\-\>react JS Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop responsive, modular, and reusable React components for complex web applications. * Collaborate with Node.js/backend teams to define and integrate RESTful/JSON APIs and ensure seamless end\-to\-end functionality. * Lead technical design discussions, propose architectural improvements, and ensure alignment with overall solution architecture. * Optimize front\-end performance, including bundle size, rendering efficiency, and perceived load times. * Implement state management, routing, and component composition patterns following industry best practices. * Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to clean coding standards and patterns. * Mentor junior and mid\-level engineers, providing guidance on React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and general engineering practices. * Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into pixel\-perfect, accessible interfaces. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex front\-end issues across different browsers and devices. * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development workflows to improve delivery speed and reliability. * Knowledge of more than one technology * Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals * Knowledge of Testing tools * Knowledge of agile methodologies * Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects * Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes * Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements * Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills * Good understanding of the technology and domain * Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods * Awareness of latest technologies and trends * Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
