Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Steel Structure Projects
Location: Gujranwala
GST International is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a strong background in Steel Structure \& Steel Fabrication Projects. Candidates without relevant steel structure experience are requested not to apply.
Mandatory Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Steel Structure \& Steel Fabrication Projects
✅ Strong knowledge of steel structure drawings, BOQs, and material take-offs
✅ Experience in quantity estimation for structural steel, fabrication, and erection works
✅ Ability to prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and tender documents
✅ Knowledge of project billing, subcontractor payments, and variation claims
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software
✅ Experience in reviewing shop drawings and construction drawings
✅ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✅ Good English communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Quantity take-off from structural and shop drawings
Preparation of BOQs and cost estimatesMaterial quantity verification and reconciliationCost control and project budgetingPreparation of IPCs, variations, and claimsCoordination with project managers, engineers, and procurement teamsMonitoring project costs and subcontractor work progress
