QA QC Engineer

**Job Description** The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved quality standards, project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes, in line with the Project Quality Plan. **Responsibilities** * Implement and follow the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures * Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, and Quality Control procedures * Conduct site inspections and quality checks for ongoing construction activities * Raise and close Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective actions * Review material submittals, inspection requests (IRs), and test results * Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards * Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors on quality\-related matters * Maintain proper quality documentation, reports, and records * Support snagging, handover, and close\-out activities * Participate in internal and external quality audits **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline * Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer * Experience on UAE\-based projects (Aldar or similar developers preferred) * Knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements * Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems * ISO 9001 Internal / Lead Auditor certification (preferred) * Candidate should be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate
